The following Regulations for the Habours of the Republic of South Africa and of South West Africa,framed under Section Seventy Three of the South African Transport Selvices Act,1981 (Act No.6S of 1981) have been promulgated by the Minister of Transport Affairs and are reprinted for general information

In terms of section 21(2) of the Legal Succession to the South African Transport Sexvices Act No.9 of 1989, shall the Harbour Regulations in force in terms of the South African Transport Services Act No.65 of 1981, continue to be in force and shall be deemed to have been promulgated in terms of section 21 of the Legal Succession Act.
